DEVENEZ MISS SWISS TUNING SHOW 08 !
Participez au concours des Miss organisé dans le cadre du Swiss Tuning Show et devenez l’Ambassadrice de cette deuxième édition. Une quinzaine de finalistes se retrouveront dimanche 1er juin 2008 à GENEVA PALEXPO devant un jury professionnel qui élira la Miss Swiss Tuning Show 08. En effet, Sonia Tavares cèdera sa couronne à l’une des finalistes.
Pre-selection will be carried out on-line or in person. In the first case, candidates can inscribe as of today on the Blick web site (www.blick.ch) and submit their application with a photo attached. Starting on May 11th, web surfers can vote for their favourite contestants.
On the other hand, a live pre-selection will be held during the Miss Swiss Tuning Show party at the night club Macumba in St-Julien-en-Genevois (France), about 3 kilometres from Geneva, on Friday, May 30, 2008 (www.macumba.fr).
PREVIEW AT THE INTERNATIONAL GENEVA MOTOR SHOW
The second edition of SWISS TUNING SHOW, the international tuning meeting, will be taking place at GENEVA PALEXPO during the weekend of the 31st May/1st June 2008. The event will be held as a preview at the International Geneva Motor Show, from 6th to 16th March of this year, with a repeatedly awarded car: a Volkswagen Caddy low rider. Visitors to the Show will have the opportunity to take part in a competition. The winner will become a member of the jury for the election of Miss Swiss Tuning Show. A draw will be organized at the stand on Sunday 16th March for the current Miss Swiss Tuning Show, Sonia Tavares, to pick the winner.
The Swiss Tuning Show is a major event designed to bring together over the course of a weekend all aficionados of automotive specialty parts and accessories in Switzerland and the rest of Europe. The Show is intended for enthusiasts of accessorized and customized vehicles but also for those who are not quite familiar with this exciting leisure activity.

The first SWISS TUNING SHOW in 2007 was an enormous success right away: over 17,500 visitors, some 800 cars on display and an incredible atmosphere at all of the many events and attractions!
It was therefore without the least hesitation and with genuine enthusiasm that the Organising Committee immediately set to work to get the 2008 Show off the ground. It will run from 31 May to 1 June next year.
The formula will be based on the success of the first Tuning Show with a few additional ingredients to spice the whole thing up even more:
